Vin Du Lac - great wine, great patio, great people

Vin Du Lac is on the North Shore of Lake Chelan on a small hill, surrounded by vineyards and orchards, overlooking the lake and the town of Chelan. Located in a quaint yellow farmhouse, it boasts a tasting room, bistro and very inviting outside patio that looks out over Lake Chelan.
As we arrived we were greeted by Carol in the tasting room. We met a lot of friendly people as we toured some of the Lake Chelan wineries, but she has to be one of the friendliest. She was working a room filled with people and worked the crowd with enthusiasm.
Meanwhile the owner/winemaker, Larry Lehmbecker, was with patrons in the Bistro around back sampling some of his recently released Pinot Noir with fellow winemaker Derek DesVoigne of Cuillin Hills Winery.
